Stunning loss to Hofstra – As we mentioned Friday, the loss to Hofstra will likely keep JMU out of the NCAA Tournament, but there’s still a chance the Dukes make the Big Dance. Here are some of the latest tweets and updates on JMU’s chances of getting in. (Be sure to follow Shane Mettlen and the JMU Sports Blog if you don’t already.)
So what’s next? – The NCAA Tournament field will be released tonight, and we’ll learn JMU’s fate then. Expect the Dukes to draw a few home games in the WNIT and have an advantageous road for a deep run. There is, however, a slight chance JMU makes the Big Dance. We wouldn’t expect an at-large berth, but who knows.
